Help - not able to receive or make calls on mobile

For the past 24 hours I haven't been able to receive or make any calls on my apple phone.  

What has happened?  What can I do to sort it, many thanks 🙂

I am sorry to hear this, Are you bills fully up to date? Do you have a signal? Are you able to wifi call or send texts?

an orange dot shows up by battery sign and I’m told to call customer services. Can’t even call or text virgin for help, phone won’t work! 😂🤣 Please help. Can access emails due to WiFi but that’s it, not calls 🤔

Have you checked for a network outage?

Virgin use EE for signal so try here

Were you able to check the outage page? If so was there anything showing up that could be affecting this?

There doesn't seem to be any problem with the outage on my phone.

When I try and call, this is the message I get:

'You can't make any outbound calls from this number, please contact customer services to restore your services.'  But I can't call customer services from my phone!! 😞

Whenever I try and call someone, this small orange dot shows up in the top right hand corner.  Can't make any calls and no one can call me. 

Can anyone help?
