I'm new here and I'm unable to access voicemail from my Virgin Mobile service. Whenever I call voicemail, I get a message saying "Sorry, you don't have enough credit to make this call right now."
I'm currently on the Jam Pack 5 bundle. Don't I get a modicum of voicemail usage with that plan or am I doing something wrong? Please help me out here.

If you're still having this problem, can I ask a few questions -
Have you used voicemail on this handset before which worked in the past?
Could you have turned voicemail off when you last spoke to one of our agents?
