Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, really sorry to hear both your Sim cards have stopped working, I was able to locate you on our system with the details we have for you and it looks like you are currently Roaming, if this is the case did you make sure this was active on your Mobile Online Account before leaving the UK?
