This happened to me no sim arrived with the package I ordered, I got it sorted by talking to the right person on the mobile team, they had to put a seperate order in going through a seperate credit check etc. It took me 4 weeks of ringing and messaging every day and not getting anywhere. I hope you have better luck than I had.
