Hi; on the 21st July I received several text messages regarding the need for Virgin Mobile to send me a new SIM. I replied to the messages with my postcode and address (as requested).
It is now 3 weeks later and I have not yet received the new SIM card. I have checked that the correct address is listed in my online account.
Is there someone here who can help find out what has happened to the SIM card?
