Haven’t received my ultimate oomph SIM

How long does it take to receive the SIM included with the ultimate oomph package? My broadband and tv were connected on Monday but no sign of the SIM. Thanks.

Thanks for posting and welcome to our community 🙂

 

It would usually take 3-5 in order to be delivered. If taking out a SIM we would need to do a credit check first, if you're happy to proceed with it.

 

I would suggest calling us on 0800 183 1150 so we can check this for you.

Hi Alex,

Thanks, I was hoping to avoid ringing as it’s painful. They did a credit check when I applied for all the services over a month ago. I signed the contract, they said the services would be connected on 21/6/21 and the SIM would be in the post (no indication when, that message was a month ago). I’ll give them a call again.

I have managed to locate your accounts and can see there is an issue and that you haven't call the team so we can sort this for you 🙂
