Haven’t received my sim card

I have taken a package that includes unlimited data SIM card and it’s been over a month and still haven’t received the SIM card and every time I speak to customer services they just keep fobbing  me off and diverting me to other ppl.

Sorry to see that you've been left waiting for your SIM card. Can you please advise us of what you've been told on the phone? Can you also provide us with any reference to the SIM card order that you've placed with us?
