Haven't received SIM card

My bill is due in 5 days but i still have not got my SIM, what is going on.

Thanks for your post and for reaching out to the community forums. Sorry to hear that you have not received your new SIM. If it was ordered on line did you get any type of confirmation email? I'll also send you a PM to get your account information so I can locate your mobile account.

We've now sent the replacement SIM card. It will arrive in 3-5 days by royal mail.
