Have not received a new SIM

After being a Pay as you Go user for about 20 years, I changed to monthly contract beginning of July. Have never received new SIM car or account number. Can't access my account because of this. Can't even leave because I can't get PAC number because you don't think I have an account. My email address is not recognised, but I have received emails from you regarding monthly payments and roll overs on it and money is being taken out of my account every month. Any thoughts?

Hi helenhedley, thanks for your post - sorry for the delay getting back to you.

 

I'm also sorry to hear you've had some issues since switching to pay-monthly from pay-as-you-go.

 

Usually when switching to pay-monthly from payg you would keep the same number so a sim-replacement may not necessarily be required. However I'd like to help look further into this and help as best we can.
