I phoned to report lost phone on Saturday and to request new Sim card. Hasn't arrived, yet and customer services is not putting call through to any humans. Has it been sent out?
Really sorry that your new SIM hasn't arrived yet, I can appreciate you're keen to get your hands on it.
I can certainly have a look and ensure a SIM has been sent and to the right address, to do this I'll just need to confirm some details and we can get the ball rolling.
