I'm sorry to hear you're receiving these text messages and being charged when responding. +4470 numbers tend to be deemed as a Premium, Chargeable number. These can be anything from recurring competitions, deal alerts and SMS subscriptions.
Please can you text "STOP" to the number? This should then cancel any further messages and charges. We would also advise to set up a Premium Number Bar on your account, which can be done through your My Virgin Mobile account.
Once this has been done, please forward the SMS to 7726 to report this number directly to our team.

Hi reece the problem im having is that we dont actually recieve a txt but this number keeps appearing on our bill every month so just wondered if anybody had had the same trouble and how they soughted it

Thanks for the clarification on this. Unfortunately, in this case, this may be a malicious scam practice that our team would investigate. Whilst we work to prevent this on the network, it cannot be completely stopped.
Can you please follow the instructions provided previously, including sending "STOP" or "STOP ALL" to the number and then reporting it to our team? Do you receive any text messages from any other numbers that are automated? They may also be short-coded and look like "123456" rather than a full number.
