Handset delivery lost- Yodel

Ordered a new handset/sim.

Not delivered on time, now nealry a week late. Called VM and got a number logging the issue with the Escalations team but still no contact yet. Yodel says 'Deal with Virgin!'.

No email address to log complaint!

No email address for Escalations team!

I have no record my issue has even been logged!

Help VM.
