Hi, I have been trying to get my handset blacklisted for insurance purposes. I had been using a handset with my virgin mobile sim in it, unfortunately this handset was stolen. My insurance have stated I need the handset blacklisted but during serval calls with virgin customer service they have advised they are unable to complete this action as handset not registered with them. I am looking to get confirmation from virgin they are unable to blacklisted handset so I can supply this to my insurance company
