This morning my phone quit working. I went to check for customer service number online because I tried to call 611 and my phone was no longer activated. I got an email saying my pin and security question had been changed and if this was a mistake to call Virgin Mobile. Meanwhile I get a charge on my bank account for $60. When I finally get a hold of someone at Virgin Mobile customer care, they tell me this can take 72 hours to fix. What takes so long? They already had me verify all the info on my account that was on there before this mornings change. I have proven that I own the account but I'm supposed to wait 3 to 5 days for what? Meanwhile this person is using my phone number and charging to my bank card!! I have had this phone number for 18 years. Just give me back my account!!
