HELP i need a new Sim card for my fathers old mobile,

he is on end of life support he has not received a replacement sim card?

I'm sorry to hear your Father has not received his replacement SIM. Can you please confirm if the replacement SIM was part of our network migration or due to a fault with the existing SIM?

 

Also, I can see that you were able to speak with us yesterday, can you please let me know if you have been able to get a new SIM sent out? If not, I will send you over a private message and will help further from there.

Thanks very much for your attention to my fathers problem, however after spending three days trying to sort out the issue my father "bless him" found an envelope from Virgin mobile that had been delivered in August, and you can guess what was inside. Problem solved his replacement SIM had been delivered.

I have to forgive him as he had been particularly unwell in August.
