HELP! Sim Switchover and not iMessage isn't working.

I have recently switched my sim over from old to new due to Virgin doing upgrades on the network.

Since this, my iMessage on my IPhone is not working working.

It works off my Apple ID email but when I try to send iMessages from my number - This does not work and comes up with an iMessage and FaceTime Activation error.

I have tried everything such as signing out, restarting, factory reset etc.

I have spoken with Apple who have advised that the issue is with my network as the email works fine and it is just the number that isn't working.

I would appreciate urgent help as I cannot receive iMessages at the moment.

Hello

The problem you have isn't a problem with VM, it seems that Apple have fobbed you off. I have worked for Apple and this has too be fixed by a senior technician with them there is nothing VM can do to resolve that for you this is a failure on apples systems.

When you call Apple ask to speak to a senior technician.
