I am really FED UP and FRUSTRATED, been here in India, in teh Gujarat State - ahmedabad forthe past 10 days and unable to RECEIVE text messages. My roaming is activated, I have turn on/off my mobilr phonr. Iphone 5a

Network it keeps searchingand then says no service

am unable to do any urgent work as the phones not receiving texts, can notreceive OPT for bank work

FED UP, do not have problems with anyone, will cancel thecontract on my return 

OR sort this out

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with roaming, can you please reboot the phone and try a manual network search?

I have already done, ie reboot the phone

and also done manual search - selecting each ofthe 6 on eby one.

i have other phones ie 3, but not having problem with them, just virgin

i need this VERY urgent for bank transactions as OTP not coming

Can you confirm if this is just OTP messages that you are not receiving?

not receiving any messages at all, as no network, as the phone keeps searching. have also put the sim in a samsung phone n not working.

i am in western india,

when i arrived in mumbai i did get the welcome message from india airtel

then i took a connecting flight to gujarat, and the sim has not worked at all.

very frustrating as i m unable to make any banking transactions.

i also have a 3phone and not having problems on that, but all my banking numbers are on virgin mobile.

really frustrated.
