Hi, I got my phone stolen Wednesday night, I've been trying since then to speak to someone in the call centre to deactivate my current sim card and get an new one but I haven't been able to. It's always more than 30 mins on hold and no one comes available. It's been two days, I've lost all my data and I can't even use a new phone, since my apple ID requires a safety code sent to my number. My work is postponed until I get this fixed and it's really important to me to get a new sim card as soon as possible. Please, help.
