Getting back credit on pay as you go as service ending , i am porting my number to another company

I have been told service ending at end 2021 , I have 20 credit which I won't use, if I port number to another provider before it cuts off can I still get credit back

If you call us on 789 we can request a refund for you 🙂 We are unable to do this from here.
