Gaining access to my mobile account

I have recently encountered an issue rendering my mobile device unable to make or receive phone calls or texts.

As I am unable to call virgin for support I have been trying to login to my account but I have forgotten my password. I am now faced with the issue that I cannot change my password because I cannot receive the code. 

Can anyone advise me what to do? I am completely cut off from official support and need my device for work
