I recently made an order with virgin mobile, all details entered and verified.
Then I receive an email to say further checks are being conducted? Further to this I can not access the account to check my order status??
What's happening here?

I am sorry to hear your order has been parked whilst further checks take place.
This usually happens when the information within the application requires some verification and can take up to 5 working days.
