Hello, sorry to ask. I don't know English well, I understand everything, but I have a blockade on the other side. I bought a postpaid plan and I want to transfer my number from EE to Virgin, did chat do it for me? Thank you very much

Contact EE customer service by either dialing 150 from an EE Mobile, or 07953 966 250 from another phone, to ask for your PAC (Port Authorisation Code) when you give your notice to cancel your EE account.

Hey MarekSzeszko, thank you for reaching out  and a warm welcome to the community.

As mentioned above you are going to need to port your number, once you have the done the steps this can take  up top 24  hours to go through.

Personally I would do before you go to bed so the number has ported over for you in the morning.
