After switching to O2 I cant seem to find out the balance on my freestyle contract with Virgin for my mobile handset.
Can anyone assist please as there seems to no provision on the app or when I log in online. Any help would be appreciated

On that link provided there are instructions along with a link that leads to the portal you need to log into to view the loan agreement.

After much searching into old emails I found it and was able to open the contract.
