Brought the oppo x2 pro,free headphones.
Unfortunately not been able to receive.
Oppo want do anything,nor virgin.
Any help appreciated.
When was this. Oppo offers have to be claimed direct with them within a particular time frame.

Only had the deal from march.
At first virgin said there was a wait for claim. 2 bills paid, waited now nothing.

Unfortunately the link isn't offering the required headphones. Been back in touch with Oppo and again advised to speak to virgin. At the moment my faith in the customer service from both companies are nearing 0%.
I am so sorry about this and that you feel this way, do you have proof of purchase? On your order does it say the headphones in question?
If so could you post a picture of your order, while blocking out any personal info and I can get this investigated for you
Only proof is the billing. At the time of purchase the headphones were being advertised.
Are the headphones on the billing?
Did you receive an email about your order?
No there not
But phoned to place the order and was assured that they would be available. As the free headphones were the deal breaker.
