Fraudulent account set up

Someone has set up an account using my mothers details since she passed away last week.  I need to get hold of someone in the Fraud Team to resolve this matter and can not get through to anyone by telephone, or find an email that I can use to contact Virgin.  This is incredibly upsetting and stressful and has been reported to the Police.  I would appreciate a call back from Virgin Media in order to help us sort this situation.
