I need someone to help, I received two letters from Asurion confirming my insurance for two mobile phones I had supposedly ordered on 14th October 2020. I have not ordered any phones and have never been a customer of Virgin Mobile.
I have tried on many occasions to get through to someone and its impossible, your customer services is probably the worst I have ever had to deal with, I also now have a search on my credit file which also needs to be removed.
I have logged a report with Action Fraud and now want someone from the Virgin Mobile UK Fraud Team to contact me to resolve this.
I have the mobile number and IMEI numbers so if someone can contact me I am sure you can at least switch the phones off.
