Hi, can anyone help me please? I would like to raise a fraud alert linked to my name and address.
This will be the third company in the space of a month. I am not even a Virgin media account holder.
I receive letters from Virgin media and calls to my landline.
Supposedly I have taken out a mobile phone contract and I have not!
It had been so difficult to get through to a fraud team to investigate
How can this be escalated??
