Fraud was committed by a member of the virgin mobile team using my telephone number back in September 2019. Despite many, many requests to investigate, virgin have ignored me. I guess this is unsurprising as one of their team obviously committed the fraud.
Virgin have now set a debt recovery company onto me, and have informed the company that they have investigated the fraud. However, as the fraud victim I haven't been given any information.
Why won't the fraud team investigate or communicate with me? Is this sort of fraud by your team members so common that you now ignore it?
