Fraud on my mobile account

  • I received a scam call on the 1/3/22 I contacted Virgin and they allegedly got the fraud team onto it (so I thought) on Monday 7/3/22 I received an email requesting I sign the online credit agreement so that my 'new' phone can be delivered, I phoned Virgin told them this was not me and it was cancelled in the meantime an individual has hacked my mobile account changed my phonecall password and my email address. I have called each day letting them know that I have not been contacted by the fraud team as promised, as of yesterday the Virgin telephone handler was calling me back today (11/3/22) between 1 and  2 and nothing. HELP PLEASE
