Elderly mum (Hard of hearing but txts the grandkids) has forgotten security word. Tried talking to someone several times about this but we go round in circles. Who/ how do I contact someone to reset her security word.

Sorry that your mum has forgotten her memorable word, this ins't good.
Can you just confirm if she needs the memorable word for logging into her account or when speaking to the team?
And what is it you need it for? Is there something we could try and help with from here?
