Flagged account

Has anyone been able to resolve a flagged account issue.  I placed an order 13th Nov. 3 weeks and over 9 hours on phone calls im still no further on.  

Customer service representatives are unhelpful and I have been hung up on during numerous calls.   I tried to cancel and as other have experienced cannot get my PAC code which means I'm now going to miss out on deals. 

 

Really am so fed up.

No. The sales team upgraded me to a contract I told them was unacceptable as it was higher than the agreed price  

Despite repeatedly asking for a PAC code this was not provided.  Ofcom have contacted Virgin on my behalf

I am yet to have any feedback regarding any of my complaints. 

I would like to know how to take this to you 3rd party for complaints

You are able to take this to a 3rd party such as CISAS, you can find out more in our Complaints Code of Practice .
