Finally gave up waiting for Virgin to admit there is a serious issue with the change over with Vodafone , I bit the bullet and got the pac code and changed to sim only with plus net and what a difference wish i done it months ago

Really sorry to hear that you're leaving us. It is very disappointing that we were not able to fix the issues to your mobile service.
