Faulty Sim card. Need a replacement.

I was recently sent a new sim card and now my phone regularly gets stuck 'Sim refreshing'. There's no way to stop it apart from removing the battery and replacing it. Since everything was fine before the swap I think the new sim is faulty and I'd like to get a replacement. I've tried doing it via the Virgin text message service but the bot keeps sending me instructions for inserting a new sim and I can't make it understand that I'm trying to request a new one. Any help gratefully received..

Re: Faulty Sim card. Need a replacement.

Hi Mattnpegg,

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

I'm very sorry for the issues you've been having with your SIM, this isn't good.

I'd also like to apologise for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than usual lately.

Do you still need a replacement SIM card?

If so then please reply to my personal message and we'll take it from there.

Re: Faulty Sim card. Need a replacement.

Thanks for those details Matthew.

A new SIM has now been sent for you and will arrive within 3-5 days.

All you'll need to do is follow the instructions on how to activate it.

Any issues let us know 🙂
