I was recently sent a new sim card and now my phone regularly gets stuck 'Sim refreshing'. There's no way to stop it apart from removing the battery and replacing it. Since everything was fine before the swap I think the new sim is faulty and I'd like to get a replacement. I've tried doing it via the Virgin text message service but the bot keeps sending me instructions for inserting a new sim and I can't make it understand that I'm trying to request a new one. Any help gratefully received..
