Faulty SIM

I have been sent a new SIM but get “No SIM” on my iPhone.  The SIM from my old provider still works so I think this one must be faulty.  It looks from other posts that I can get this sorted by private message from the admin team.

I have ordered a new one over the phone which was a lot easier than I thought it would be!
