Family plan

Hello. Currently i got two virgin sim cards on my name and in virgin app clearly stated that i am entitled to family plan discount. My first sim comes as a part of broadband deal and plan charge is 0£ and second sim is 8£ a month deal. I got my first invoice and family discount has not been applied. Cab someone explain why please.
