I've had a letter, addressed to me although I'm not the account holder, stating that my Family plan minimum term has ended for a phone number I do not know, apparently I'm paying £9.13 a month for this.
Been trying to contact someone via the website but keep getting 'Bad Request' screen.
I need to know what's going on but If i get in touch you won't speak to me as I am not the account holder?
Suggestions please!
