Family Plan

Please can you confirm if you have to pay to be part of the Family Plan as I was not aware of that before I joined and have now been hit with additional charges? Thanks.

Hi Rob1967, you would get a discount on the family plan but would need to pay for the services used. Chris

Thanks Chris. I don't think I've explained myself properly.

My wife and I both have an account where one of my sons is on my account and another on my wife's account.

My Family Plan seems to have been set up so that each account benefits from a £2/month discount although we are yet to see how that is applied in practice.

My recent account (07906 113083 & 07922 163515) states that nothing is due for the coming period although there appears to be a future charge of £4.52 to be allocated - I've been unable to see what this is for and how it applies to my account.

My wife (07906 145127 & 07982 665357) received her November bill which said there was nothing to pay but now has received an account for £19.40 for December.

I'd just like a breakdown of each of our accounts to understand what has happened and what will happen in the future. My wife did ring to try and get clarity but the person was unable to explain what has and what will happen other than to say it is all correct, the £2/month discount will apply going forward and everything will resolve itself over time.
