Family Plan

  • The VM app says I'm part of a family plan but doesn't give me the option to add? All four adults (me + 3) in my house have virgin mobiles but I can't add them? Thanks

Thanks Ryan. Just looking at my account online right now and it doesn't look like a Family Plan is active. I can't see how to add it unless I call in? Thanks, Rob
