The VM app says I'm part of a family plan but doesn't give me the option to add? All four adults (me + 3) in my house have virgin mobiles but I can't add them? Thanks
Can I just make sure that it's not already added? You would be able to see that through your online account. If you're having some troubles let me know and I will send you a private message to take a look.

Hi I have 4 mobile numbers on my virgin acc and it won't let me add them to the plan. How does it work as i feel I should be benefitting from it but not?
