My husband has the iPhone 12 pro, he got the PAC code from Vodafone to change over to Virgin Mobile, phone calls work fine, so does texting, but when he makes a Facetime call, the number he's calling rings on his phone but not on the number he's calling and they have no missed calls.

Any suggestions please.

I am sorry to hear of the issues with Facetime. 

Can you try the following:

• Sign out of your Apple ID
• Switch off and Reboot the phone
• Sign back in to your Apple ID
