Would anyone know when you would get or how you order the extras you get given with new contracts and upgrades? I have a contract that came with disney and ear buds but no mention about them since buying and receiving my phone. Do I need to order these separately or just wait for them to arrive?

The last time the earbuds came from Samsung and had to be claimed through the Samsung Members App. I suspect the same applies.

I am sorry to hear you have not received your free gift and Disney + I would advise you to check here for all info on how to retrieve them.
