I want to extend the length of time my phone rings to 30 seconds, before it goes to VM. I have been on to Customer Care, and the details they gave me do not work.
I have a Samsung Galaxy A40.
Help please!

On a lot of Samsung phones you need to switch off WiFi and 4G and make sure the code goes over 3G/2G
