Excellent signal strength yet NOTHING will connect.

Really fed up of this issue I’ve had since summer. I’ve had two hubs replaced and nothing has resolved it. Tech support is worthless.

Basically, I get full signal strength showing on all my devices but I have to hotspot to wfh as I cannot connect. I can’t connect my tv, my mobile phone. This is not a hub or device issue. I’m losing the will to live with this. I can’t stream shows because you connect, come out of the menu and it says there’s a problem.

The hub is out in the open, it gets reset and pinhole resets. I think there’s an issue in my area that virgin aren’t letting on about. Their 5G is a joke. Has anyone else had this?

Really sorry to hear of the issues you've been having here. I do apologise as I would just like to confirm - is this relating to your broadband service? Just as you mentioned 5G or are you having mobile issues also? In terms of the issue with your hub/broadband I will send you over a private message to confirm some details.
