Thanks for your post on our Community Forums @Rf55, and I'm sorry to hear of the issues with the E-SIM.
Can you please advise us if the E-SIM has come to life since your post? Has this ever worked in the past?
If you've not attempted this already, can you attempt a manual network search, connect to an alternative provider, allow the attempted connection to fail, and then connect to the Virgin Media services to see if this allows the device to recognise the E-SIM?

It's works but can take upto a day to start working after phone been switched off also sometimes I can not answer calls
