Error message when requesting new SIM - PLEASE HELP!

When I go here: virginmedia.com/orderasim as requested to me via vigrin mobile text message and then I enter my SIM number and address details, after I hit confirm I get this message:

Screenshot 2020-09-05 at 12.21.40.pngThis error message appears and so I cant request my new SIM, also when I request on over text message I still havent recieved it that way either, what do I do?! Im getting a text saying my current SIM will expire in 16 days, please help!
