My contract phone ended in November and I haven't used the phone cancelling the contract. I still have the phone and would like to change to another provider but my phone won't accept a new SIM. My old virgin sim also no longer works. Any ideas?
Thanks for coming back to us Misslostmarbles. Sounds like your phone maybe locked to the VM network from what you have described. To confirm this I will need to ask a few questions.
When the new sim card is in the phone, do you get any error messages or displays on the screen? The messages you will typically see are 'no service or emergency calls only', Look forward to hearing your response.
