Emergency calls only

Until recently, I have had no issues with my phone but now I get emergency calls only with no Virgin connectivity.

I have tried the sim in another phone and it connects to Virgin, when the sim put it back into my phone it connects to Virgin for a while then loses all connectivity again. 

I have tried all the usual, restarting the phone, resetting the setting to no avail, it keeps happening.

I hope this can be rectified soon.
