Emergency calls only

I am desperate... I don't know what to do.

I am only allow to do emergency calls. What is wrong with the service? Just I am new customer and I am not happy at all

I am really sorry to hear that you seem to be having some issues with your mobile service recently. Is this problem ongoing for you today? If so, can you confirm what steps you've taken so far in an effort to remedy the situation? Can you also confirm what model of handset you have, please?
