Emergency Calls only with new Sim

Hi, I've received my new 5G sim in the post but I can't get it to work. I've tried it in my current Huawei P Smart+ and the Virgin provided Samsung Galaxy S6 with a restart on each but no luck.

I'm currently in the Netherlands as well if that makes a difference. I've tried auto searching a network and selecting ones manually (before it used KPN, but I've tried Vodafone as well). 

Any help would be lovely 😄

Thanks for posting and sorry for the late reply, 

 

Are you still having issues with the SIM?

 

Did you activate roaming before you left home? You can check this via your online account here

Hi Alex,

All fixed! I logged in to VirginMobile and saw an activate button I hadn't seen before, clicked it and now I'm up and running.
