I have just got back to the UK and have found that my mobile SIM refuses to connect to any network. 

I was in France about 5 hours ago and I had no issue whatsoever......

Have restarted the phone, put the SIM in another handset, but nothing......so I have no means of connectivity outside of WiFi.......

I will call Customer Services tomorrow, but this is horrid. If this was my only means of communication,  I would have real problems.

Suggestions for resolution  appreciated

Hi @keefgranturismo thanks for your post here, although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.

Can you please try to select the correct network manually on your device, as opposed to having it set as automatic?

Can you also advise what handset you have please?

Hi @Tony_W - problem has been resolved, it needed a full SIM refresh and now it is back up and running - 

got worried for a moment there.
